UCLA Real Estate Services (RES) is comprised of the following departments:

Real Estate
The UCLA Real Estate department handles on and off-campus leasing, acquisitions, dispositions and license agreements for both UCLA Campus and Health System entities.

Asset Management
Asset Management provides support, and property management and construction administration services to University-owned properties, including commercial, industrial, residential, medical, and special purpose properties.

Home Loans
Home Loans supports the educational mission of the University by providing mortgage loans to eligible borrowers
